My 3-year-old started with the 4-piece and now she's doing the 9-piece all by herself. The animal illustrations are bright and the pieces are thick enough that they don't bend when she's rough with them. Nice that all four puzzles come in one box instead of me buying them separately.
The 12-piece puzzle was the perfect challenge for my 4-year-old, and she still goes back to the 6-piece one when she wants something quick. The animal illustrations are bright without being overwhelming, and the pieces have held up after weeks of daily use.
My 3-year-old started with the 4-piece and now does the 12-piece one on her own, which is a nice confidence boost. The animal scenes are sweet and colorful, and the pieces are chunky enough for little hands.
