The pieces are sturdy with a nice matte finish, and the Carolyn Gavin artwork kept me smiling the whole build. My kid claimed the letter C cat as her favorite before we'd even finished the border.
The alphabet cats are so cleverly drawn that I kept pausing to find each letter instead of just snapping pieces in. Took me and my sister about three evenings to finish the 1000 pieces, and the artwork held up great with no glare under our lamp.
Bought this for our weekly family puzzle night and the 1000 pieces kept us busy for a solid three evenings. Carolyn Gavin's cat art is genuinely charming, and the alphabet theme made it easy to sort the border first. Pieces locked together nicely with no fraying edges.
