The matte finish on these pieces makes them feel sturdier than my old glossy set, and the dog artwork had us all laughing. Took my family about two evenings to finish, which was just right.
The dog illustrations are genuinely funny, and the matte finish means no glare under the lamp. Pieces snap in nicely and I didn't hit any that were stuck together out of the box.
The matte finish on these pieces makes them so much nicer to handle than the glossy ones from other puzzles we've owned. Our whole family worked on it over a rainy weekend and the dog illustrations kept everyone laughing. Pieces fit together snugly, no annoying loose ones.
